Zero-Cloud Privacy Policy

The Subra Space AI Privacy Commitment in Plain English:
Subra Space AI is engineered from the ground up as a 100% on-device health information tool. We do not operate remote databases that store your health vitals. We do not transmit your camera photos or voice notes to any cloud server. We have no accounts, no third-party ad networks, and no trackers.
1. Information We Collect (Zero Remote Collection)
When using the Subra Space AI mobile application or web simulator:
- Biometric & Medical Readings (Blood pressure SYS/DIA, pulse, blood glucose, body temperature): Stored exclusively in your device's local SQLite database.
- Camera Photos & Scanned Displays: Processed in transient volatile memory on your device by our local on-device neural network (Gemma 4 E2B). Photos are never sent to Subra servers or any third-party vision API.
- Voice Memos & Audio Transcriptions: Transcribed locally on-device. Audio buffers are never uploaded to remote speech recognition services.
- Personal Identifiers: We do not require your real name, email address, phone number, or social logins to use Personal Space.
2. On-Device Storage & AES-256 Encryption
All data recorded in Subra Space AI—including historical vitals, notes, and PDF exports—is stored locally in an AES-256 encrypted SQLite database utilizing hardware-backed keystores (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). If you delete the Subra Space AI app without creating a backup, your local data is permanently purged from your device.
3. Third-Party Telemetry & Website Support Widget
Mobile Applications: The Subra Space AI mobile applications (iOS and Android) do not embed third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or data collection SDKs. No health vitals, document scans, or voice notes ever leave your phone's physical hardware.
Marketing Website (subraspaceai.com): On our marketing website, we do not run third-party advertising trackers. To allow users and clinics to communicate directly with our founder, our website loads an optional customer support live chat widget (Tawk.to). Any communications you voluntarily initiate through the live chat widget are processed strictly to answer inquiries, and are completely isolated from your mobile app data and encrypted local vaults.
4. In-App Subscriptions (Subra Plus)
If you purchase Subra Plus (family spaces), your payment transactions are processed securely and directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subra Space AI does not receive, handle, or store your credit card or billing details.
5. Data Ownership, Portability & Deletion
You maintain 100% ownership of your data at all times. Within the application settings, you can:
- Export your raw database as open JSON or CSV files.
- Generate clinical Doctor PDF summaries for direct sharing.
- Perform a permanent, 1-tap local database wipe at any time.
